2. Service Description

Ilyssa Software Ltd provides game server hosting services through its Ilyssa Hosting™ platform via subscription plans. Our services include creating, managing, and configuring game servers deployed on cloud infrastructure.

We provide tools for server management, configuration access via SFTP, and automated updates. The availability of specific games and features depends on your selected subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Server Usage

You agree to use our servers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all content and activities on your server. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hosting illegal content or services
• Attempting to breach security or network integrity
• Using the server for cryptocurrency mining
• Engaging in activities that disrupt our service or other users
• Violating any game's terms of service

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all data associated with your server may be permanently deleted.

When your subscription period ends and no renewal payment is made, your server and all associated game data are deleted immediately. There is no grace period for data recovery after your subscription expires.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Servers may be unavailable during maintenance or updates. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

We are responsible for infrastructure and platform updates. However, applying game updates requires server restarts, which are the customer's responsibility to initiate. We do not automatically restart servers for game updates, as this could disrupt active gameplay sessions. You are responsible for scheduling restarts at appropriate times for your community.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Our website, logo, and service components are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.

We do not claim ownership of game content hosted on your server. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any game or software on our platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or server downtime.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past month.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
